The location is convenient in front of the railway station and at a walking distance from the city centre. Excellent breakfast. I found the interior design a bit strange but it is a matter of personal taste.

Excellent location right opposite the main train station and in a very safe area. Our room, albeit somewhat small, was immaculately clean. Loved the bathroom and the hot towel rail was really welcome! Staff at reception were incredibly helpful and special mention must be made of the hardworking staff in the breakfast room, as well as housekeeping staff. A big bonus was the complimentary 24-hour tea/coffee bar and pastries adding a homely atmosphere to the hotel.

This hotel is a diamond. I chose it rather randomly for a two night stay and promptly extended to 3 more nights. The hotel is fun and contemporary: a real gem. Also has a sauna and small fitness room on the top floor. Sauna is by reservation. So solo travelers have the entire place to work out and sauna. The breakfast buffet goes for 4 hours and has everything you could possibly want. Coffee and tea is available free anytime. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Arok Hotel is a treasure, across the park from the train station and within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and do.

I recently stayed at Arok Hotel for two nights during my Christmas holiday in Strasbourg, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel is ideally located right across from the Strasbourg train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The central location also means it's just a short walk to the city center and the famous Christmas markets, which was a major highlight of my stay. The hotel itself has a modern, boutique feel with stylish décor and a cozy atmosphere. My room was clean, well-designed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to provide recommendations or assist with any requests. Overall, I would highly recommend Arok Hotel for anyone visiting Strasbourg, especially for its convenience, style, and great service. It's an excellent choice for a short stay in the city.

The hotel is located in the city center and close to all of the historical sites and the train station. One can drop off luggage in front of the hotel and then move the car to a nearby parking garage. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast choices reflected French and Alsatian tastes, which was quite interesting. WiFi functioned fine. Has all modern facilities with a comfortable bed, chairs, and great shower.

Lovely warm friendly welcome from Anastasia at reception who showed genuine interest in ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Upgraded room was well worth the effort, with lovely views over open green space in front of train station. Bed large and very comfortable with quality linens. Excellent bathroom with spacious shower. Breakfast had excellent variety of hot/cold options with unlimited tea/coffee available all day. Staff at breakfast extremely helpful, taking time to ensure we had everything we needed.

Excellent location only a 5 minute gentle walk from the station. Very welcome free coffee, water and snacks available throughout the day. Breakfast was quite sufficient and with a good choice selection; a minor drawback for some would be the rather cramped space available in the bar section of the eating space. All staff were very friendly and wiling to answer any question and help as required.

It is a very cozy, nicely designed hotel in the city center near the Railway Station. It offers discounted parking and the possibility of unloading/loading luggage at the hotel. Not very big but thoughtfully and tastefully decorated rooms, very clean and tidy - cleaning is done daily. Very good soundproofing on both walls and windows. Very attentive and friendly service.
